I just bought my daughter a small mp3 player. The initial downloading went fine, but we have been having problems deleting and downloading since. We have deleted all files, and have tried to redownload, only to be told files are there on the device, which aren't, making it impossible to download any old deleted files, only new ones. Yet, we are unable to read the once which we are told we can't download, as they have been deleted from the device. Resetting, etc has failed. Ideas? what simple thing are we missing?
