0 plug your sylvania into your computer (make sure it's off first) then find the music you want to download on to it, the music must be in mp3 format or better known as mpeg layer 3 audio format here is one place that i have found that works real well http://www.emp3world.com search the artist name or song title if you have IE use that to get to this page because ie will let you know if you can down load it or not
