5 I just bought a Sylvania mp3 player for my boyfriend for christmas. OK he is pretty clueless with the computer so I am trying to help him. I thought I downloaded the software I just don't know how to get songs on the mp3? Anyone figured out anything??

4 i just bought one, very cute item, but it keeps shutting off, I mean, turn on, scroll to anything, and BAM, Goodbye, it shuts off. Am i doing something wrong?

3 plug the device into your computer. open explore window. your device should be displayed in the removable device area. Drag and drop music from source file.

0 I work at a psychiatric hospital and a sylvania mp3 player (model smpk2072) was purchased for a patient. I have tried now for 3 weeks to charge this up, both with a wall charger and with a connection to the computer. Every time I try to connect this to my computer I hear the ding that says something was hooked up but it does not show up when I click on "my computer" to try and locate it. It also doesn't show up in Windows Media Player so that I can sync music to this for my patient. Any suggestions?

0 It took a while for me to figure out how to charge it. I did learn that for the battery to charge I have to turn it on and then plug it in. It should say so about it. I don't know where to find my music though. If I go to my music and go to artists or anything specific it'll come up as a blank blue screen. The only way I know to play music is to go to All Music. It's confusing. Also, it says I can have videos but I don't know how to put any on it or where to find the videos. I only want one.

0 you have to open up to voice and then send the music in there.

0 some files got corrupted of my mp3 player and it wont let me delete them , how do i format it ?

0 hey my mp3 only keeps playin 10 secs of each song ......idk yyyy i formated my mp3 and my songs r all good nathing wrong with them any 1 can help me???
