Question About Sylvania MP3 Player None
cracked screen...

i need to know what to do in sending my mp3 player back for repair or replacement. when bought it it had a 1 year warrenty on it . i have the proof of purchase. what else do i need?

0 If you have signs of it being dropped etc, your warranty is void. I have 3 of these players. I bought one a couple of weeks ago at Big Lots for $24.00. I personally would not waste my time with them that cheap to replace. I do not know if Big Lots has them online, but I got mine in the local store. That is a bargin these are pretty nice players especially for the money.
