When trying to add more music to my mp3 player, the computer will not 'recognize' the device, despite reloading program (with provided disc). The 'manual' does not cover connection to computer nor do any prompts appear on screen as they should. Unfortunately, I've now lost the music that was already on the mp3...so it is blank. It has since been reformatted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
