charging the player...

is the player suppose to be in on position to be charged?

5 i cant charge mine either

5 turn on your mp3 player and plug in the usd in to the wall charger and hook up ur mp3 player. it ill come up wit a menu that says usb disc, mtp device, or usb charge. go to usb charge and click on it. then all you have to do is let it charge

0 You must STILL have the power switch in the on-position to have it charge.
