Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK4099
charging the mp3 player...

It says the mp3 player will charge when plugged into the computer. I bought both my boys one for Christmas and neither one show a charge more than 1/4 full even after being left plugged into the computer for about 10 hours. Any suggestions?
