0 I need to see the manual and the software that was associated with this player. This sounds like your driver is corrupted or not for your operating system. I do not think you have a hardware issue. Send a zip file to me with the driver and what operating your using and I will do my best to help you fix this problem. Send to rhopkins@cableone.net. Attachment with the data.
