Question About Sylvania MP3 Player None
can't listen to music...

i down loaded music to my mp3 but it has an error message when it goes to play the songs please help.

0 Did the player play the pre-installed music ok? Have you tried to load a wpa or wav file to the player? You can not load bit rates higher than 192 Kb's. In the manual it said it could use up to 320K but mine will not do it with anything above 192K. Does not put much faith in the manual! See Part 2

0 If that is the case then I assume it plays "avi files" ok. If the movies play ok then it is playing MP4's and I would suspect you have some MP3 issues. Are these MP3 files your playing ones you downloaded from such a Real Player or other service? Will it play any MP3 especially ones you created yourself. I do not think it is a defective player. In other words need more information.
