Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
can't get disk to down load...

We have a Dell studio lap top and can not get the disk to down load. I have heard it is because the Lap Top is 64 bit or something. What do we do from here . I have had it since christmas and have not been able to do anything.
