Question About Sylvania MP3 Player smpk2072
can't delete bad downloads...

i have some music that transferred in a strange format and cannot get them off of the drive. need to know if I can reset the whole unit to clear and how

0 1. Turn it On 2. Stop the current song playing. 3. Click on the Power Again (should say Music) 4. Keep Pressing Forward >>| until you see Delete. 5. Press Play. 6. Press Forward to choose "Delete All" 7. Press Play (to delete them all) To Reset: following the instruction above, skip the delete option, keep pressing forward until you see settings -> press Play --> Forward all the way to the last Icon (reset) Hope this Helps. 0 my music doesn't play. it says warning no file. but it works fine hooked up to my computer. whats wrong? can you reset the mp3 player?
