Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK4066
Cannot find files...

If you can't find the files, it is because the music is in the wrong format. Use media player to 'rip' the music. Check where the files are really stored (c:\my documents..) and copy from that location into the 'removable disk' drive.

0 I had this problem even though the format of the files was MP3. It was because I had to many folders and subfolders which is the way that Windows Media Player places them on the player. I reduced the number of folders to 30 in the music folder with no sub folders under those 30.
