i have made all the down loads and i cant figure out how to download songs can you help me?

0 Using the USB cable that came with it, plug in your device to your computer. Your computer should say a new device has been added and give you a Drive letter. At this point, you should be able to copy your files to that new drive. If the music files have an extension of ".mp3", they should play fine. With some other extensions you may need to convert them by using the cd that came with the player. On that cd is software that can convert music and video that is recognizable to this player.

0 Mine plays with both the headphones and the speakers while the headphones are plugged in. I tried resetting it, but that doesn't help. Is there any way to fix this?
