Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK4083
can not get mp3 player to charge...

My kids got these for x-mas and it did not come with any kind of disc to download on the computer and we have tried hooking them up to the computer with the usb cable to charge them but they do not charge. How can we get them to charge? We have vista on our computer.

0 I Downloaded like 75 mores songs than it was. Then it stop playing, and it wont charge ! >l
