BATTERY FAILURE...

Sir, my mp3 player is not working. It is because of its battery failure. Please tell me where to get the battery and how to handle it.

3 but the manual does not explain anything about battery failure.I want to know where to get the battery and how to change it(slyvania 4099) . Please help me.
