Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854
Adding Music....

Hi! I just received a touch-screen MP3 Player, manufactured by your company. I inserted the CD that came with it, but nothing happened. I can't get my computer to recognize it. How do I add music?

1 run this attached link. basicaly what it is is a sofware that helps your computer detecting whatever is not recognize by windows.... How it does that is by extracting the bios of whatever this device is made on and adapt it to your computer... Just remember where you save it to be able to run it .
