Question About Sylvania Handheld TV SST4323
sound but no picture...

i turned on my tv this morning and i noticed it made a different sound- kinda weak, not that deep sound it usually makes. i get sound but not (sometimes faded) picture. I unplugged it for about 8 hours then plugged it back, but still no change. Are there any repair parts available? if so, what do i need? thanks
