Question About Sylvania Handheld TV TVK131A, TVK191A
how to view dvds...

I am able to use a vcr with my sylvania tv set on ch 3 or 4, but when connecting a dvd player, doesn't seem to work. I know some tvs have to be set at 00, but sylvania tv cannot be set to 00. Can anyone help me? Not sure if requesting a manual would help. Thank-you.
