0 I still cannot cancel the damn alarm on this damned clock radio.  Help, somebody!!!!

0 Clock radio is now unplugged and in a drawer.  Can't turn off the alarm function so it's no use to me.

0 I too can not turn off the alarms on this clock radio.  I am still pursuing the answer.  I wondered why someone gave this piece of dodo to me.

-1 Not a sufficient answer.  It's not in the manual, just as "what is standby?" is not in the manual.
