Question About Nextar MP3 Player MA588-104
volume button not responding...

I have a Nextar #MA588-104. It is brand new, a gift for Christmas. The down volume button works fine... the up volume button does not respond. Naturally, the volume is now at 0, no sound and the volume will not turn up. There is no receipt as this was a gift.

3 My daughter bought one and had the same problem. Younkers just replaced it for her. Now my niece just rcvd one for Chirstmas, and it was working fine -- now it has the same problem. THIS unit has a problem with the volume control. It goes down, but never goes up again!! It should be recalled!

2 Just goto the fm radio part of it and turn it up from there it will still give you trouble but the only way to turn it up is from there i was having the same problem but whem i went to the radio the volume let me turn it up so your welcome
