1 Mine does the same thing. When I connect it to a computer it says 'device not recognized' I sent an email to customer service and they said to send the device to them and they will fix or replace it. They made it very clear that I would have to pay for shipping which I think is entirely unacceptable. I already paid for the POS. I should be given a refund not the runaround. I have two GPX players that have never given me any problems. Since they were also a bit cheaper I will stick with them from now on
