Question About Nextar MP3 Player MA797
mp3 player...

i got my son a nextar ma797-205 i plug it into the computer the screen lighs up shows 2 objects maybe a computer and a mp3 player.? nothing happens no matter what buttons i push.

0 I have it plugged into the computer and nothing turns on or shows it's charging is there a way to reset it ? Why does it not work? I have confirmed it is plugged in on both ends
