AFTER TV HAS BEEN ON WE LOSE PICTURE--GET COLORFUL WAVY HORIZONTAL LINES--30-40 MINUTES LATER NORMAL PICTURE RETURNS. WHAT IS HAPPENING? HOW DO WE FIX?
