My TV keeps scrolling from bottom to top, usually very fast--so I cannot watch any channels. This is with the converter box and a good antenna plugged in, i.e., the stations come in fine (and I can listen), but the picture keeps scrolling from bottom to top. How do I fix this? Old TVs had a button to adjust this but I can't find anything for this TV.
