0 THis player seems to count on the Window Media player as its base of operations. Make sure you have at least Media Player 10 or higher installed. When you download songs to your computer send them to your media player. Then you can sync your player to the media player. When you plug in your player, go to the media player, and look to the left for libraries. YOur player (whatever you named it) should show up. Click on it, and chose to SYNC your player. You can then drag and drop music from your media player onto your player. There is also a tab at the top for ONLINE stores. it will take you to places like napster, or audible.com type places. you need a membership to those places to buy music.
