I'm having problems with this mp3 I will get a connection on my computor but when I disconnect it won't come on. Someties it does and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I get a pop up on my computor about the usb something about the mp3 needs highconnection we have DSL so, do I need to buy a certain charger. I have also, hit the reset button I get nothing. Please Help, Thank You
