Can't bring up captions on this portable TV. Have had captions in the past, but now nothing. Pressing the Caption/Text button on the remote brings up "Caption" and Channel 1 on the screen, but no captions. I have the manual, and so far as I can tell I'm doing exactly the right thing. Is there something else I should know?
