Question About Maxon Telecom Portable Radio HCB-10C
I can't talk on the radio....

I have this cb radio and I can hear people on it with the squelch all the way down to minimum. Iam not able to talk to them on the other hand. If I use my other cb radio i can hear it on the Maxon but nobody else can hea me. They do not respond.
