Question About Magnavox Handheld TV 27MT3305/17
TV does not show full picture...

My TV is about two years old, there is about three inches of black space at the top of the picture. The color is fine, it does not seem to need a new picture tube. Is there a horizontal hold button on this TV. Why can't get a full picture
