how do you turn off close captioning for model 20mt1331/17 on the set itself. Remote it came with is a sony and does not have anything on it.

0 The old remote for my TV was lost and using a universal remote does not work to turn off the closed captioning. I purchased a new identical factory remote for the TV at newremotecontrol.com. Kind of pricey but much cheaper than replacing the TV.
