Question About Magnavox Handheld TV 13MT143S, 20MT133S, 20MS233S
can't program channels...

When tv is turned on get blue screen with ch 4 av. if i try to use channel up will go to 121 stereo with snowy screen. I've gone thru auto channel many times when I finish it shows 121 snowy screen. what's wrong?
