when I download music to my mp3 player it will only work some of the time. In fact most of the time it won't take the music. I know its the mp3 player and not the computer because I have used other devices with my computer and not run into problems like this. Im wondering if there is a way to reset this thing to factory settings. I may have deleted a file or something.
