I've had this 180G2 GM 4 GB eclipsemp3 player for a couple of years. It has not been charged for 3 months because I misplaced it for 3 months. Now if won't charge at all. On my third attempt to charge it I saw the following message on the screen: "err_no = X 50000003" Can anyone tell me what that means? Can I replace the battery? I can't find the name of the manufacturer only it was made in China. I can't find a model number. Thanks, Bill
