The DVD tray on our Super Multi DVD Recorder/VCR With Digital Tuner player opens and closes by itslf, continuously, when we power the device on. We have tried powering it off, resetting it by holding the power button down, unplugging it, etc. but it won't respond when it's doing this. When we can get it to shut off, if we try to turn it back on it does it again. Please help.
