Question About Lenoxx Electronics MP3 Player LENOXX MP3-6600BL
Not working...

Purchased this product from Deals Direct about 2 months ago it is out of 30 day warranty period but we are having a problem Deals Direct will not help. The hour glass just stays on and we can not listen to music or do anything on the mp3 play. Can you help
