I purchased a Laser MP3 2GBFM QC Pass on this website the icons are different from those on my player. I plug in as directed. I want to download, instructions say leave on OFF Position but when I plug in the screen lights up I figure the player is in ON position. I choose an MP3 site click to play. It doesn't transfer from the computer to the Laser MP3.
