i need to know what to do about this. i am getting the message (lower left hand part of screen) "no valid disc". will you fix it for free and keep a customer that has continually spent with your company (this dvd player, stereo, motorcycle, etc.)? i would gladly send it in for repair or replacement. Thanks for your time. I am hoping it is as simple as a system reset or something i can solve with your help by email or phone. thanks for your attention to my concerns..Rob
