i am having problems trying to figure out how to download my music files on to my mp3 player please help thank u

3 I can't even get my JX-MP102 to turn on. The instructions say to push and hold the play/pause button and that's what I did. Tried double checking the batteries and no luck. Tried new battery and no luck. Any ideas. I can't return it because I bought it right before I moved. Should I just toss it in the trash?

0 yeah i cant get mines to work either i checked the bateries still doesnt turn on i plug it in t0 the computer it turns on but when i take it out i cant turn it back on i dont know what to do
