Question About JVC Handheld TV C-13CL3
User Manual...

I have lost picture, the TV goes on and you can hear the channels perfectly but I no longer get a picture on the screen. it is a Mastercommand Color TV 13" Model # C-13CL3 Manufactured 8/1992 and has worked perfectly until three weeks ago.
