Question About Insignia MP3 Player NS-4V17
Video format...

I tried several converters, none works. Then I read in one of the forums, that it will only work with the converter which is supposed to be included with the product. I bought a refurbished one and did not contain the said CD. Where can I get it? Also, to complicate things: I work on a Power-PC Mac OSX 10.4.11 Should I better forget it?

0 I also bought a refurbished that did not have the CD containing the manual and the program required to convert videos to a format that will work on the Insignia Sport NS-4V17. How frustrating! I feel abandoned by Best Buy!
