"Santa Claus" brought my daughter an Insignia mp3 player but it only worked for one day. we thoroughly charged it and then allowed her to use it, now it will not charge at all. When we plug it in it lights up and you can scroll thru the options but as soon as you unplug it it wont come on...no matter how long it is plugged in to charge. We cant find out reciept because it worked to begin with so I think it got trashed! help please, she is only 6 but loves this mp3 player and we dont know how to fix it! It is a red mp3 and cost about 40.00 . Thanks for your help in advance.
