My Insignia MP3 palyer was working this morning on my Mac. I did see the screen going crazy flipping between "synchronizing" and "ok to disconnect". I am trying it connect the usb on a pc at work and the device is not recognized. Again the screen was flipping between the device image and Insignia Media Manager, the two home screens I believe. I can't get the menu to come uip at all either. I have disconnected it tried other computers. Please help!
