Question About Insignia MP3 Player NS-2V17/NS-4V17
Frozen screen...

My MP3 is not even 1 month old. I was listening to a song then it froze w/ the msg Rebuilding the library please wait... & it won't turn off when I hold down the power button. Any suggestns?

5 Thank you, just slid on/off switch and held down menu button for 20 seconds and it shut off. Thank you so much!

4 Mine also freezes up once in a while. Disconnecting and reconnecting the battery works, but also I have found that holding the slide switch and menu button down for 15-20 seconds powers it down and re-sets it. This has worked on both the 4V17 and 4V24.
