How do I keep the time showing all the time without having the radio on?

2 You have to turn off your ipod or radio before setting the alarm. Hit the "power" button below the "timer set" buttons on the clock itself. And yes...you have to plug in the radio so the speakers will work. They need extra power to amplify the sound.

0 i cant seem to set the alarm and be able to listen to my ipod at the same time? can you only listen your ipod if the radio is plugged in?
