Question About Insignia Handheld TV None
Won't power up...

Screen never lights. LED power indicator lights red when charger is plugged in. (never green) When you press the power button the red led blinks off then back on. Internal battery (red to black) reads 8.34v with 4.15v at white wire. Checked several SMT fuses good
