We have an Insignia model no. NS-C2116 CD clock with AM/FM radio. For some reason we can't set the clock as it doesn't advance when we push down the "clock set" button with the "min's." and the "hour" buttons. Is there something that we're doing wrong or is it set wrong somewhere else? Would you write back to "rburto46@aol.com"? Thank you very much.
