I got my son an iLUV alarm/radio that was working ...

I got my son an iLUV alarm/radio that was working fine and it still looks like everything is working on it, but there is now sound. Nothing on alarms or radio or ?. I have turned up the volume, unplugged it, reset it over and over and still it has no sound. Model iMM157wht serial IBJ000728
