I just loved this product until one day it had no sound. I have updated my 4th generation Nano and it is working fine but the iH27 unit shows that it reconizes my ipod and it is playing the songs like it used to, but there is no sound. The icon does say that my battery is low but I have it plugged into electricity so I don't understand why that would be a problem. Please advise. Thanks.
