I need help setting my alarm to go off at a specif...

I need help setting my alarm to go off at a specific time of day. when I try to set it, it only lets me set minutes before it will go off. for example I want the alarm to go off at 6:00am and not in 30 minutes and I don't know how to set it to a specific time of day
