Question About Hitachi Portable DVD Player VT-M181A
channels...

I bought this VCR used. It only goes up to channel 13, then reads L1 L2 L3. I want to record channel 14. I tried adding the channel according to on screen instructions, but it was just fuzzy snow. How can I get it to go higher than channel 13?
